You’ll get a $50 credit added to your account for your next appointment
Referral Program Terms & Conditions
To qualify for this offer, the referred individual must be a new client to Upper Village Veterinary Hospital and must complete their first appointment at the clinic. Once their visit is complete, a $50 credit will be applied to the referring client's account to use toward future services. The referred client will receive a free wellness exam during their first scheduled appointment. Offer valid for a limited time and subject to change without notice.
